grass is in need of mowing..trash in the yard. has made many complaints last year..these folks fail to keep the grass mowed.

CALLER REPORTS BAGS OF TRASH ALONG EVERY WALL OF THIS HOUSE WHICH IS AT THE CORNER OF GRANT AND 10TH. THERE ARE TWO UNITS 322 & 322 1/2. GARBAGE IS GETTING SCATTERED AND THERE MAY BE RODENTS.
