Ms. Schechter called in to report that if you are heading west on Gendora wanting to turn on to dunn there are large bushes in the line of sight that could cause an accident. She stated that she had spoke with the students that live there and ask them to ask there landlord to remove the bushes, she said nothing ever happend with the request. She stated that she believed the bushes were in the City Right-of-way.
RESIDENTS KEEP TRASH ON AND NEAR THEIR FRONT PORCH..IT IS BEING SCATTERED BY ANIMALS AND HE HAS NOT SEEN IT TAKEN TO THE CURB FOR OVER A MONTH.
THE STREET LIGHT AT THIS CORNER OF MADISON AND WEST WILSON IS OBSCURED BY TREES..LEAVING THE AREA DARK AND THE LIGHT HAVING NO EFFECT. STATES HE CALLED IN SOME TIME AGO AND WAS TOLD TO CALL ASPLUNDH TO HAVE THEM TRIM..BUT THEY TOLD HIM THEY DO NOT TRIM.
THIS PROPERTY DID HAVE A DUMPSTER AND HE THOUGHT THEY WERE DOING SOME REMODELING. THE DUMPSTER IS GONE AND TRASH IS PILING UP NOW FOR MONTHS.
customer doesn't feel she should be responsible for charges from 2000 for and address that was in her name. She owed this property with her mother. It was a rental and the tenants never put the service in there name. She says she never received a bill for this and was unaware of any balance until it showed up on her statement due January 24th 2003.
