This alley needs to be regraded. It erodes every year because of the slope. The potholes are large and it causes cars to drive around them onto my and the neighbors yard. Please send a crew to fix it, thank you!

Pothole forming in intersection of 12th/Washington, closest to SW corner. Not all that deep right now, but wide enough to catch tires and in a place where cars heading east on 12th turn onto Washington. South side of this particular intersection appears to have had work done in the past, so it could be a recurring issue.
