The resident stated that the house on the corner of Park and University is a rental and the grass is approx. 18 inches tall. Caller stated that she believes that the house is owned by Elkins Rentals
several years ago this property received a variance for lot coverage so they could build huge garage. The tenants are not allowed to park in the garage so they are now parking on the remaining small green space north of the garage and have created a mud patch.
Grass is 2 feet tall at the Steak & Shake restaurant. check theold Steak and Shake on E. 3rd too
Grass not mowed yet. Appliance in the side yard. Garage door hanging off the track.
The grass is over-grown.
Mrs. Griebel is complaining about the grass being to high at this residence on Sowders Square. It has not been mowed at all since last fall. This is actually sowders square, not able to use square as an option.

Customer is forced to get an analog box to receive cable services; not only is Insight forcing her to rent the box, but Insight has made it very difficult to arrange for the box to be installed. An arrival time for a tech cannot be guaranteed; cust. waited from 8-12 and was then told she had the wrong date. Customer feels Insight is forgetting that she is the customer, and Insight is the service provider.
