There is a hole in the alleyway that causes a significant risk to pedestrians. This is just near the sidewalk area and pedestrian entrance to the 4th Street Parking garage. We have placed our own cones near the hole to try to protect folks, but the cones have been moved several times for cars to use the alley. This is an immediate hazard that needs to be fixed ASAP. Approximately 3 decent size potholes have formed here over the winter. There is a cause for concern as I have noticed drivers swerving into the opposite lane to avoid hitting them. Recommend filling the holes when the chance allows. Thanks
