major potholes on both sides of the right southbound lane as vehicles head to the intersection, of which avoiding takes vehicles over the white line and potentially causing an accident

at the stop sign on w jacob to turn left onto n gates, there is a large pothole that is somewhat hidden, until you hit it and you wonder how you possibly missed something that sounded and felt like it caused damage to your car. it's next to the manhole cover and about the same width, maybe larger, so the entire tire goes into it. easy to avoid once you know it's there but i'm shocked no one has reported it yet since it's pretty bad.

There is a large pothole just a bit west of my driveway. Our homeowner’s association submitted this over FOUR months ago. It’s gotten worse since. Thanks so much:)
Reporting potholes at the intersection of Cherry St and Hoosier St, and also at my driveway and my neighbor to the south have significant holes in the asphalt. I was only able to upload one photo. Please have a look when you have a chance. Thank you.
From west Bloomfield Road to the intersection of West Allen Street/south peachtree lane, there are numerous potholes/sections of the road failing that wants to pull your car off the road. There is also a pothole about 0.1 miles west of the intersection of South Adams Street and West Allen Street. (Same section of road)
