Mr. Williams owns property at 611 N. Monroe that was occupied by Sally L. Vest. There was a large bill due when Ms. Vest moved. Mr. Williams is disputing the fact that he was not notified by CBU about the large bill. He did receive letter re. a lien being recorded on the property.

Citizen stated that trash is always piled up around the house all of the time. H.A.N.D. has come out several times and the problem is solved for a short time and then they start piling it up again.

Would like this unsightly sign to be looked at for compliance with City regulations. The new owner, University Plaza, placed a piece of plastic over the existing sign when they purchased the Holiday Inn and have yet to place proper signage.
