The yard is overgrown, trash lying all around, weeds are very tall and there has been a brush pile lying in the yard that has been there for over a years time. Complaintant states that she didn't think the neighbor lived there all the time she was hardly ever home.

She has a space for rent above her shop and she cannot lease it due to the high noise level of the audible signals.
