I'm concerned that this electrical substation or whatever is visible from the lovely and brand new Wwitchyard park. How can the other electrical substation further north on Rogers (near Upland) have a nice wall that hides everything? Referencing 171497 There are no electrical wires anywhere near this tree. Perhaps you have the wrong tree. The tree I am referring to is the tree on the south side of West 12th right at the northwest corner of the stone alley. It is the one that stands alone and is covered with vines.
