The alley that runs between Coolidge Dr and Graham Dr is currently blocked by guests of the residents at 2400 S Rogers St (at the Coolidge Dr end of the alley). The vehicle is a grey/silver Mitsubishi, parked to the side of the garage at 2400 S Rogers. They have the back left corner of their vehicle blocking the alley.
The people at 804 N Walnut consistently block the alley way so neighbors can't get in or out
