The northern lane of Atwater Ave between Faculty Ave and Highland Ave will be closed one block at a time west to east while Indiana University reconstructs the sidewalk on the north side of Atwater Ave. Pedestrians will be routed to the south side of Atwater Ave at Woodlawn and Jordan Ave
