East 2nd Street, between South Rose Avenue and South Clifton Avenue.

The City of Bloomington Utilities has scheduled a water infrastructure improvement project, weather permitting. Two-way traffic will be maintained for the duration of the project. Signage and traffic control personnel will be in place.
