The City of Bloomington Parks and Recreation landscaping crews will close one lane on both eastbound and westbound 3rd Street, between Patterson Drive and State Road 37, from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. daily the week of June 15 through 19 to do landscape maintenance work in the median.
