This program will focus investments in low- and moderate-income areas to improve ADA curb ramps, bike lane and bike path pavement, and repair sidewalk damage caused by street trees improving overall walkability in the area that see’s high volumes of pedestrian traffic. Working on the Southside of the road to replace sidewalks. Moving west as work is completed. Then moving back to the Northside once the Southside is completed between N. Elm and N. Fairview Streets. North Elm Street from West 4th Street to West Kirkwood Avenue – Eastside only (327 ft) Mono sidewalk includes 2 ADA ramps and 2 driveway entrances West 6th Street from North Elm Street to North Fairview Street – both sides (2374 ft) sidewalk includes 12 ADA ramps, 8 driveway entrances, 6 alleyway entrances
