Please be advised that CBU's contractor Milestone has closed the intersection of Grant & 3rd for installation of water main. Also, the pedestrian walkway is rough; it will be patch-asphalted later today or Friday. Normal traffic flow is expected to resume Friday evening. Detour and other road signs are in place.
