The Bloomington Gateway Phase 1 Project will be closing the cut-thru of Old State Rd 37 between N College Ave and N Walnut St for their reconstruction of the median and roadway. Vehicles will be detoured to W 17th St and the Bypass and pedestrians will be detoured along College Ave and Walnut St for the duration of the project.
