Closure of the East-bound lane of W 1st St between S College Ave and S Morton St and closure of the sidewalk on the south side of W 1st St between S College Ave and S Morton St in order to replace overhead line across W 1st St and bore in ROW on the west side of S College Ave. Closures will occur for a single day in the date range of 11/25/2024 to 12/9/24,
