Phase 3 of 4 of the Poplars redevelopment. Closures to be used for construction deliveries and material movement.
This phase includes:
Single day closure on the east side of Grant for scaffolding installation (11/13/25) and single day (TBD) for removal.
Bike lane closure from 11/22/25 to 3/2/26.
Closures of the southern sidewalk along E 7th and the east/west alley on the southern side of the property from 11/22/25 to June 18th, 2026.
