Lane Restriction

Beginning Tuesday, April 21 at approximately 2:30 a.m. and ending around 6:30 a.m., City of Bloomington Utilities (CBU) will be working in the center lane of West Second Street just east of the South Walker Street intersection to complete water main maintenance. Please watch for CBU crews and equipment during this period. CBU staff will be flagging local traffic throughout the project, so please allow for potential delays. As with all construction activities, the schedule is subject to change based on weather and field conditions.
