Road Closed

Beginning Monday, August 3, City of Bloomington Utilities (CBU) will close East Thornton Drive between South Covey Lane and South Maxwell Street beginning at 8:00 a.m. The closure will remain in place for the duration of the work. Local access to residences will be maintained whenever possible. Motorists are advised to use alternate routes and use caution near the work zone while CBU crews and equipment are on site. As with all construction activities, the schedule is subject to change based on weather and field conditions.
