Road Closed

Beginning Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., City of Bloomington Utilities (CBU) will complete emergency utility maintenance on South Rogers Street. The project is expected to be completed in one day and will require the closure of a section of South Olive Street. South Olive Street will be closed to through traffic between East Hillside Drive and East Thornton Drive during the work. Motorists and residents should use alternate routes and are encouraged to use caution while traveling near the work zone. CBU staff will work to minimize disruptions and maintain access to nearby homes and businesses throughout the project. As with all construction activities, the schedule is subject to change based on weather and field conditions.
