No work will actually be within the right of way other than the South side of E Winslow Road. We will need a lane restriction on E Winslow Road where we will have flaggers. No overnight closure.

Crosswalk Installation and Improvements
Liberty Dr, Kinser Pike, 11th St and Monroe, 11th St and Adams
May 1, 2025 to August 1, 2025 daily until April 11, 2025
There will be median crosswalks added at Liberty Dr near Aldis and on Kinser Pike in front of Krogers. The intersections of 11th St and Monroe and at 11th St and Adams, New curb ramps and sidewalk areas will be added. At all locations there will lane restrictions and travel time may be delayed. There shall be signage and possibly flaggers to help with directing traffic.
