This ordinance approves the rezoning of 6.96 acres located at 901 W. Cottage Grove Avenue from Residential Core (RC) to Planned Unit Development (PUD) and approves the Preliminary Plan and District Ordinance for this property to allow for an attached and detached single family development of 35 affordable homes.Note: This ordinance was adopted on March 26, 2014 was adopted with two Reasonable Conditions: 1) RC 01, which revised Condition of Approval 9 – to augment the tree preservation and native planting plans; and 2) RC 05, which required testing for PCBs at a certain location on this site.
