Amendment 04
This amendment would revise the definition of “standardized business” to exclude commercial business establishments “located in such a manner as to be devoid ofany building frontage which is visible to a street.” The intent of this amendment is to exclude businesses from the new conditional use review which do not have visible presence from the street.
