This Amendment is sponsored by Councilmember Volan and does two things. First,it allows for mobile food vendors and pushcarts to operate on private property twenty-four (24) hours a day. Second, it changes the hours upon which a mobile food vendor or pushcart are prohbitited from being located on any public property from 4:00 a.m. - 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 a.m. - 6:30 a.m. This amendment is being proffered to allow for mobile food vendors and pushcarts to serve breakfast if they so desire.
