This amendment makes two changes for major petshop permit holders when presenting a health record upon selling dogs or cats. The first change allows them to list the business or entity who administered vaccinations rather than just the person who did so. The second change specifically allows the permit holder’s representative to sign the health record which goes to the purchaser of cats or dogs.
