This amendment is sponsored by Councilmember Satterfield and makes a number of changes to clarify the requirements of the ordinance and to correct scrivener’s errors. The amendment eliminates the provision of the ordinance prohibiting any lighting in excess of th lighting requirements provided by the ordinance and replaces this provision with a prohibitio against any extra exterior lighting in excess of the requirements of the ordinance and prohib flashing or twinkling lights on the velocab’s interior.
