TO AMEND TITLE 2 OF THE BLOOMINGTON MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED "ADMINISTRATION AND PERSONNEL," (Inserting Chapter 2.35 Establishing the Department of Engineering and amending Chapter 2.14 titled Planning and Transportation Department)
This ordinance creates the Department of Engineering and eliminates the transportation and traffic engineering services division from the Plam1ing and Transportation Department.
