This resolution is authored by Councilmember Volan and consolidates, redefines, and dissolves various Council standing committees.

Note: At the January 13, 2021 Regular Session, the Council adopted five amendments to Resolution 21-01. which, in brief, made the following changes: AM 01 - removed a provision that would have otherwise dissolved the Council Sidewalk Committee; AM 02- removed three Whereas clauses; AM 03 - removed provisions that would have otherwise dissolved the Climate Action and Resilience Committee and provisions providing for the Sustainable Development Committee to subsume the functions of the Climate Action and Resilience Committee,· AM 04 - removed provisions that would have otherwise dissolved the Housing Committee and provisions providing for the Land Use Committee to subsume the functions of the Housing Committee,· AM 05 - added a new section to provide that the Transportation Committee would subsume the responsibilities of the Sidewalk Committee.
