The attached lnterlocal Cooperation Agreement (Exhibit A) extends through January 1, 2022 the longterm arrangement between the City of Bloomington and Monroe County to combine and coordinate the provision of certain building code services. This interlocal cooperation is authorized by Indiana Code § 36-1-7-1.
