This amendment is sponsored by Councilmember Volan and would require the Office of the Mayor to submit a comprehensive public parking report on a quarterly basis to the Council Office. The purpose of the audit is to provide accurate records of parking supply and demand over time to help develop and implement a rational and fact-based transportation plan to promote the vitality of the downtown.
