TO AMEND ORDINANCE 05-21 WHICH FIXED THE SALARIES OF APPOINTED OFFICERS, NON-UNION AND A.F.S.C.M.E EMPLOYEES FOR ALL THE DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY OF BLOOMINGTON, MONROE COUNTY, INDIANA, FOR THE YEAR OF 2006 Re: Positions in the Controller's Office, Employee Services, Engineering, Fire, Office of the Mayor, Parking Enforcement, Parks and Recreation, Sanitation, and Utilities Dillman and Utilities Engineering

This ordinance amends the City of Bloomington Salary Ordinance for the year 2006 (Ordinance 05-21). The amendments change the grades of Accounts Coordinator (Controller's Office), Assistant Director (Employee Services), Clerk (Fire), Communications Director (Office of the Mayor), Account Clerk (Parking Enforcement), Customer Service Rep. I (Parks), and Utilities Inspector (Utilities Engineering). They also change the grade and title of the Customer Service Rep. II position, the title of the Registration Clerk/Customer Service (Parks) position, and the title of the Account Clerk II (Parking Enforement). Additionally, they convert a Laborer position to a Crew Leader (Sanitation), and a Wastewater Plant Operator to a Motor Equipment Operator at Dillman.
