AMENDMENT 2 to ORD 06-24
This amendment would reject Plan Commission Amendments UDO-011 and UDO-019 by reinstating or inserting a 10-foot etback along the B-Line Trail in the affected downtown overlay districts except the Showers Technology Park, where the setback would be 15 feet. The Plan Commission amendments would have allowed up to 70% of the building facades along the trail to be built at the edge of the right-of-way. This change is intended to preserve the “pedestrian friendly” quality of this unique downtown amenity.
