AMENDMENT 3 to ORD 06-24
This amendment would reject Plan Commission Amendment UDO-020 and reinstate the requirement that there be at least one entrance for each ground floor use along the B- Line Trail rather than requiring that there be at least one entrance for each structure along the trail. This change is intended to keep the “pedestrian friendly” quality of this unique downtown amenity.
