This amendment would reject Plan Commission Amendment UDO-021 and reinstate the requirement that there be at least one pedestrian entrance on each building façade that faces a public street rather than requiring one pedestrian entrance for building facades with more than 66 feet of frontage. This amendment serves the goal of providing a “pedestrian friendly” streetscape.
