This amendment removes all setback requirements along the B-Line Trail. Amendments
UDO-011 and UDO-019 as adopted by the Plan Commission allow a maximum of seventy percent of the building façade facing the trail to be built at the edge of the trail right-of-way. This change is intended to provide developmental flexibility along the B-Line trail.
