Email: Mr. Murphree moved to an area that has a lot of trees and could no longer use his satelite service so he became an Insight customer. Mr. Murphree has impaired hearing outside the range of being able to discriminate words, no matter how high the volume is set. Mr. Murphree is seeking to have closed captioning for the hearing impaired provided for Insights "On-Demand viewing"
