Phone Call: Mr. Brown contacted the Public Works office on 3/22/04 to express his concern to the Telecommunications Council regarding his cable bill going from $41.45 to 44.75 with out an explanation. Mr. Brown stated that if Insight had competition then an increase would not be issued with out an explanation.
