Letter: Mr. Clayton sent a letter to the PW Dept. that stated he received a letter from Insight Communucations regarding his channels and needing a converter box to get the package he already has that does not contain premium channels. He stated in the letter that his wife called Insight and ask if they had to have the box to keep getting the package that they currenty subscribe to that does not included premium channels, Insights stated that they would need the box. He would like this addressed.
