Line of Sight: Request
Phone Call: When a driver is going south on Palmer Avenue and is looking to the east on Allen Street there are a bunch of weeds that block the line of sight. The weeds/shrubs are in front of the second house to the east (421). The weeds/shrubs hang so far into the street that they cover any cars that park on Allen Street.
