Phone Call: You turn off of N. Walnut Street into the Blue Ridge Subd. Turn right onto N. Blue Ridge Drive. As you go up the hill there are tree branches overgrown into the road that scrape vehicles. The branches cause the drivers to swerve into the oncoming lane of traffic. There is another problem as you turn left onto E. Blue Ridge Drive. There are pine trees that block the line of sight of oncoming traffic.
