Email: Mr. Kelley sent an email via the COB E-Government web site form stating that there is a line of sight problem at the intersection of Walnut Street Pike & Winslow Road. He states that a large treet obstructs the view of a driver turning east onto Winslow. Mr. Kelley would like to be emailed the status of this complaint after an inspection is completed.
