Phone Call: caller says that pepsi trucks are parked vertically in front of the plant. If you travel south on Woodburn and reach the intersection of 17th and Woodburn, you cannot see W bound traffic travelling on 17th street. He says that the vertically parked trucks obstruct the view. ---please update caller on status or complaint
