Phone Call: She has lived at this residence for 7 months and has had problems with the crews throwing her trash can around. She has found it in the neighbor's yards, in the street, etc... She decided to give the crews time to see if the behavior would change, but it hasn't. She wanted this info. on file in case her can is damaged beyond use and she needs a replacement.
