Phone Call: Mr. Cascio was on College Avenue between 4th & 5th Streets on Friday, March 30th. at approximately 4:00. He was stopped by an officer with the badge number 1370 and was citied for a traffic violation. He was given a citation and was let go. He drove 1 block and was pulled over again by officer #1370. Officer #1370 accused him of almost running over his foot and accused him of having road rage. He was detained until he calmed down. Mr. Cascio believed that officer was #1370 was over zealous
