Phone Call: Ms. Howard wanted the council to know that a private contractor for Insight Communication is currently working in the back of her property and is taking down a landscape, stone wall in order to trench a new line for the rebuild. She just wante the council and Insight aware of the situation in case there is some damage done to her property that she fully expects the wall to be rebuilt exactly the way it was.
