Issued tickets for cans and trash at 921 & 923 (duplex). Tenants from 923 came in. They have called sanitation and arranged for pick-up of can from sidewalk. Said they'd talk to tenants next door, who they indicated are not from the US. I told them the cans cannot be in the front yard.
