Phone Call: Applebee's Grill & Bar in the College Mall has a dumpster located between Applebee's and Sear which always has a foul smell. Ms. Davidson stated that when you walk approx. 20 feet from the dumpster, the smell is terrible. She also said that other Applebees (including Wisconsin) dumpsters do not smell like this, and the dumpster should be steamed after it is emptied.
