Phone Call: Mr. Stockwell feels the city should pick up branches and debris from private residences without them having to reduce the yard waste to 4ft. bundles. He feels it is the city's responsibility to help residents with this type of clean up (especially after a strom like this one!), and we should not be so restrictive in how we do so. Mr. Stockwell sepcifically requested a call back on this matter.
