Phone Call: Citizen says the Miller Showers area furthest north that was torn up last year looks "horrible". Its all brown with twigs sticking up and is a mess. If this is what the wildflower planting did, she'd rather see weeds & grass that are mowed. Says everyone coming into town from the north sees this and it gives a really bad impression.
